Carrot cupcakes:
- 160gm flour
- 1tsp baking soda
- 1tsp salt
- ¾ tsp cinnamon
- 118gm vegetable oil
- 130gm brown sugar
- 1tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 150gm carrots
Bahan basah:
Gaul vegetable oil, carrot, telur dan vanilla essence
Bahan kering:
Gaul tepung, baking soda, salt dan cinnamon powder
Campurkan bahan basah dan bahan kering.
Bakar: 170c for 20-25 minutes
