Carrot cupcakes

 Carrot cupcakes

  • 160gm flour
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 1tsp salt
  • ¾ tsp cinnamon
  • 118gm vegetable oil
  • 130gm brown sugar
  • 1tsp vanilla 
  • 2 eggs
  • 150gm carrots


Bahan basah: 

Gaul vegetable oil, carrot, telur dan vanilla essence

Bahan kering: 

Gaul tepung, baking soda, salt dan cinnamon powder


Campurkan bahan basah dan bahan kering. 

Bakar: 170c for 20-25 minutes
